Jordan grew up in the Hospitality Industry and pursued a degree in Hospitality Management and Finance. It was this combination of life experiences that lended towards learning successful processes for both supplies to distribution. As he embarked on his own Franchise locations he quickly identified and implemented his own vision for operating procedures. With the continued success of his locations, he quickly found himself in a position of overseeing and supplying over 30 stores with product, establishing supply chain, executing development & conducting operations. He now was in a position where he maintained successful control of the entire Franchise Industry.
While this was quite the success to execute, he saw the ever growing need for high quality construction to have a resource for this type of vertical integration that is needed to fully execute their developments.
It was out of this need that Jordan founded Quality Construction and Real Estate. As the Colorado market continues to grow, now more than ever, QCR’s resources and services have quickly become instrumental towards executing modern day Development Projects with high value and success.
Our ability to execute puts us at the top of the list as a strategic partner for General Contractors and Commercial Developers. One of our most recent WIN’s was for a National 7- Eleven Franchise Developer. They had a project that was in limbo as they were unable to pull a permit for the development site for many months. They reached out to us and enlisted our services to make it happen! QCR not only got that permit within weeks but we also deployed our teams and our crews got the work done in a scope of only 9 months when it was projected to take 13.
It’s this exact action and quality precision that has resulted in 7- Eleven Corporate Headquarters recognizing QCR for reducing the project’s opening date and awarding us a preferred vendor status Nationwide.
